    No worries! As I’ve mentioned, I rarely read Preface too, since I want to get straight to action! 🙂

    Hi Jaime,

    The link to download Chapter 12 is in the Preface, but I guess none reads Preface. To be honest I rarely read it myself 🙂

    Hi Kirill,

    A question, in the 191 page of you book speaking of Chapter 12 and the download is the source code of Chapter 12, but the book does not have Chapter 12, now I can have chapter 12 in any way?
